You’ll be the sales lead for your sites connecting with potential members, showcasing what makes Work.Life special, and ensuring every new arrival starts their journey in the best way possible.
The role
This is a hands-on, people-focused sales role for someone who loves connecting with others and driving commercial success. You’ll manage the full sales process for your sites; from pre-tour preparation to delivering engaging tours, post-tour follow-ups, and move-in handovers.
You’ll work closely with our Central Sales team, who manage inbound leads and arrange tours, and our Operations teams, who ensure every new member’s experience is seamless. You’ll also take ownership of driving new business, using business development tools, local outreach, and partnerships to build a strong pipeline.
You sit at the intersection of sales, community and operations representing Work.Life with warmth, confidence and commercial awareness.
What you’ll be doing
Owning your sales performance
You’re responsible for turning engagement into commitment. You will:
- Manage your sales pipeline from enquiry to move-in.
- Conduct pre-tour research to understand prospects’ needs.
- Deliver engaging, thoughtful tours that reflect the Work.Life experience.
- Lead all post-tour follow-ups, proposals and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and ensure strong forecasting.
- Achieve and exceed site occupancy and revenue targets.
- Report regularly on performance, pipeline health and conversion rates.
Driving new business
You’ll take proactive steps to grow your pipeline. You will:
- Use business development tools to identify and engage new prospects.
- Build relationships through local networking, events and partnerships.
- Represent Work.Life within the local business community to raise brand awareness.
- Spot opportunities to drive coworking and private office sales.
- Share insights and learnings with Central Sales and Marketing to refine outreach.
Collaboration & handover
You’ll ensure every new member joins us smoothly and happily. You will:
- Work with the Central Sales team to manage lead flow and priorities.
- Partner with the Area Manager and Operations team on handovers and onboarding.
- Communicate upcoming move-ins, requirements and risks clearly.
- Follow up after move-in to ensure a great start and strong retention.
- Provide feedback on space performance, product fit and market trends.
Recruitment & building strong partnerships
Sales success comes from collaboration. You will:
- Partner with the Area Manager to align occupancy goals and local opportunities.
- Support onboarding and training for new sales or community team members.
- Share best practice across sites and mentor others on sales approach.
- Help shape a culture of confident, consultative selling.
Reporting & insights
You help the business understand what’s happening commercially. You will:
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data.
- Report weekly on occupancy, conversion, and forecast.
- Share local market insights, competitor trends, pricing, and demand.
- Contribute to monthly business reviews with performance highlights and learnings.
Being part of Work.Life
You’re part of the wider commercial team, working closely with Central Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance. You’ll collaborate daily with the Operations team, sharing insights and supporting their success.
You’ll have opportunities to contribute to projects across the business, from new product launches to pricing reviews or systems improvements.
